The Month Has Arrived!
Wed, Mar 3 2010 11:05 AM
March...normally I would just be excited because it's my birthday month (and Bri's too!), but this year it's all about THE WEDDING. Our big day, the day I become Mrs. Brian Seymour. Now that, is one exciting month. The invitations have been sent, the reply cards are coming in and we have details to finish, but I couldn't be more thrilled.
Check out this post from my wonderful girlfriend Alexis on her blog Fern & Feather, you'll see me! The Bride-to-be.
See you March 27th!

Fun on Style Unveiled!
Lucky for us we have the most talented photographer I know and a great little blog called Style Unveiled saw our pictures...because they have posted a great post with our engagement shots and a little interview with me! It's fun to be highlighted on their blog and I feel honored!
Check it out here!
Also, Brian has posted some of our engagement pictures to our picture section of our website.

We did take the most amazing engagement photos a couple of months ago and we just love our photographer Jill Thomas! I can't wait to see what she captures at our wedding. Here is the link to her blog showing our photos
My favorite photo is this one

It has almost been a year since we got engaged, which is crazy to think about. Now the wedding is so close!!

Mark Your Calendar

The Save-the-Dates project is complete! After ordering custom stamps that didn't work because they are HUGE (you'll see them on thank you notes!), going to the post office when it was closed, going the next day to find a line of 25 people and the computers down, our gorgeous little notes finally started arriving to our guests!
I absolutely love them! The feeling of the 100% cotton paper, the colors, the fonts! They make me happy! And the fantastic king and queen stamps couldn't have matched more perfectly. We hope they are gracing your fridge and calendars.

I also want to share the amazing vendors who are making our wedding happen. (Though I am the nut doing all the research, they are the ones making my vision a reality!)

Figure it Out!
Tue, Jul 14 2009 10:17 PM
Okay, I'm trying to get things done and all I can say is "It's time to Figure things out!!" I'm not complaining, I just want to have a few things in the bag. Man, weddings are a lot of work.

Time is Ticking...
8 months to go and we've finally got a grasp of what is going to happen for our wedding. With the El Nino scares we've changed venues (a very stressful couple of weeks!!), we've picked Mille Fleurs in Rancho Santa Fe. The courtyard and the restaurant have a fantastic Mediterranean vibe that Bri and I both love! And Tracey, my bestfriend/wedding planner/bridesmaid, is a miracle worker with loads of ideas about transforming the space so it doesn't look like a restaurant! I'm thrilled!!
Tracey and I went to three awesome florists yesterday. Here are a few of the inspirations we shared with them! Can't wait to see if what we tried to convey will come across in their proposals!

Nine months to go and we're working on all the biggies! Photography, catering, flowers, oh my!
Can someone warn us if it's going to be an El Nino next year? Because as you can see we have this wedding planned completely outdoors.
This board is about some of the details we're inspired by. Enjoy!

I’m really digging Dan Auerbach’s (of The Black Keys) solo album Keep It Hid.
